crystal tears when you have full red hearts (whether it works with no red hearts period I do not know) long as you do not get hit other wise your tear damage goes to rather high levels. Stack with blue aura purity and you got a powerful build. Obliterated mega satan with ease.

When active, it is exactly double damage. You can tell if it's active by looking at the crown. Also, it gives 2 soul hearts upon pickup.
