On Reddit, a few people says that the Game WILL come for PS4 and Wii U too, just later... I hope thats true, want to play Afterbirth on WiiU too^^. (I already bought Isaac Afterbirth on PC, but would buy again on Wii U...)

It sounds like it won't be coming to the WiiU now. Apparently it doesn't have enough "power" to handle Afterbirth. Whatever the reason, I'm disappointed. I'd far rather play the game on my WiiU than PC.

I don't know about that. The N3DS apparently runs it really well. Vanilla Rebirth that is.
