Did the youtuber that uploaded the video actually stated the date in the video? If not then for all you know the video was recorded before the patch was released. Many gaming youtubers record videos in bulk and just upload them later.

It was done before the Patch. Northernlion has a back log of videos.

Date of the recording is irrelevant, the crash is still happening post patch. I have a Cain run sitting on hold outside the entrance that I'd rather not progress until it's fixed, rather frustrating.

Same with Eve, I was having a nice Op run and reached Mom's Heart in 18 minutes, I don't want to give it up.

I have exactly the same crash with Cain in the Hush cave entrance. After the patch it's still here. Hope NL's crash will highlight this problem, even if it is a backlog
