Blood Donating Machine in Greed Mode

It's weird. I see my friends breaking the game. I see youtubers breaking the game. I see twitch streamers breaking the game.

They do it via a Blood donating Machine in Greed Mode.

The real issue here is that I am here to ask a question:

Is it just me or do any of you NEVER get a blood donation machine in Greed mode?

I mean when I was trying to unlock Lilith I saw it a couple times. Then suddenly an update game (today) and then POOF never again could I see a blood donor machine. But an issue with that is:
I STILL SEE MY FRIENDS FINDING BLOOD DONOR MACHINES!

If someone could help me with this issue or just let me know that it is just me, that'd be awesome

I reckon breaking the game was how most people unlocked Lilith x3

Greed mode makes me pissed because I suck at the game. Took me 30 tries to get Lilith. XD
