I do, it so far only teleports you to rooms you haven't been but are currently on your mini map.
Just my assumptions of what it does because I wasn't really testing it out that much in the run I got it on.

I'll do you guys a favor and do some testing and see if my theory is correct about the golden remote.
Right I've done some testing and from what I've found, it teleports you to rooms that you haven't been in yet but are on your mini map, but something odd I found was every time I resetted it always teleported me to the same room every time.

God's flesh is not new, before this update I got that tear effect a lot when I picked up fruit cake (random tear effect every couple seconds).

Edit: My bad, misread the title. I first thought this was about the 20 new items.
