Bob Transformation?
I got all three Bob items in Afterbirth and got a new rotten texture and left a green damage trail.

there is a Mushroom transformation too, once you pick up enough of them, but with head and facr the priorities being what they are it doesn't look right

Yeah 2 or 3 of the new transformations are pretty boring and left me upset. Like it was nothing special, other ones are really cool though.

Indeed since they didn't add anymore Bob Items, added you have to take Bobs Brain worst of all to get it.

I find Bob's Brain to be the best out of all three, to be honest. Automatic Grenade Launcher is a godsend in DPS.
