Godhead won't unlocking (Afterbirth)

I paste what I wrote on The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth subreddit:

Hello, I have beat the game on Hard mode with the lost, but Godhead didn't show up. It lives, Mom's Heart, Isaac, ???, Satan, The Lamb, Boss Rush and even The Hush and Greed Mode (even if it wasn't necessary for this achievement) were all beated on Hard mode, and I've unlocked The Body, The Mind and The Soul of course, but even restarting the game and start a random run with or without the lost, won't give me the Godhead.

Anyone knows why? Maybe it's a DLC glitch? The only thing I'm missing is to beat Mega Satan, but I highly doubt it will change anything at all, and I don't wanna kill my mind in that kind of run for nothing

Also, my game is pure vanilla, never installed a mod or anything like that

Hi Zarock, i'm sorry for not answering you, i got the same problem, for unlock Godhead you need to beat Boss Rush, Isaac, ???, Satan, The Lamb and Mom's Heart in Hard. ( 6 first symbols in red). Can't help you, i'm in the same situation...

By the way yeah, I hope someone will find a solution for this... it really pissed me off to do that frustrating machine for nothing..

in Rebirth godhead unlocks after you complete EVERYTHING on hardmode with the lost. Have you concidered the possibility, since you're trying to achieve that with Afterbirth installed, that you now have to complete the whole note instead of the 6 fights needed in Rebirth?
Which would mean... Mega Satan fight :))

I have the same problem in afterbirth+
i defeated every single thing, moms heart, isaac, ???, satan, lamb, super satan, boss rush, ultra greed and also hush. but godhead didnt show up. any ideas?

I don't see "Delirium" in your list. Yes, it has a "mark" (damaged borders). And yes, it is required to unlock Godhead if you have AB+ installed. Its requirement is "have all marks on hard as the Lost". "All" means "all", including those added by expansions if you have any.

Not since Booster Pack 5, now Greedier counts as beating Greed and Greedier

Hi, I have Godhead unlocked, but I cannot find it in Angel Room. Recently, I've got items which allowed me to reroll every item in Angel Room, but no Godhead appeared. When all the other Angel Room items showed up, the non-Angel Room (like Anarchist Cookbook) items started. Does anyone know if it is a glitch? I play on PS4 and do not have Afterbirth.

Godhead is a special item. If you already had or "seen" another special item, it might got rerolled into something else.
