Epic Fetus + Glitter Bombs can be found in the item rooms.

Use bombs/Epic fetus on the re-roll-machine to re-roll all items in the shop until you can buy the item you want.

With Epic fetus combined with Quad Shot, Monstro`s Lung and GLITTER BOMBS you
have more than enough money and consumables to buy everything. An the damage is insane.

Items:
First floor: Item rooms: Squeezy (white room) + Epic fetus (regular item room)
Devil deal: The book of sin (use perthro rune you get from the shop behind the spikes to get the ♥♥♥♥♥ of babylon)

Third Foolr: Item rooms: Glitter Bombs (regular item room)
