How to start Afterbirth..?

Hello, I bought the expansion, it says it is in my Steam library, and it is marked as "downloaded" dlc. How can I start it? When i run Rebirth, it seems to be the old Rebirth.

Reinstall Rebirth.
It'll automatically install Afterbirth along with Rebirth.

I have the same issue i pre ordered it but whenever i open rebirth, there arent any physical changed and the dlc says downloaded, and it says its in my steam library

Uninstall the game and install it again

Rightclick Rebirth, select 'Delete local content', and then reinstall by doubleclicking rebirth.

Just right click the game and gointo properties. then verfiy the game and itll show up as 1 file was bad. And itll reinstall it. ^^
