Mom transformation?
I love messing around with the d4 and d100 in greed mode because the shop is close to spawn and we have the r button. But almost evrytime I get a random knife behind me tha does nothing. This happend 3 times. This time i got the outfit of when u get moms knife in the original BoI. Is this a transformation or what?

ps: sorry for my bad grammar :)
