Secret Room in Greed Mode.
I accidentally found a super secret room in Greed mode and when i entered the room i could not leave, it didn't have any doors to leave from. Like Mom's leg room lock down except no way out.
Please look into this.

Ive only found one and i had a run with epic fetus where i checked every possible location. the only spot i had one was on top of the shop left side directly adjacent to curse room
edit: also a super secret room, no regular secret rooms found

The few times that happened to me, it was because there was one of mom's hands in the room. Maybe that is the reason?

Nope I didnt' have any enemies. No music either. It was so weird. Had to redo my whole Greed run. Also, losing to the Hush one hit away from winning really sucks.

Teleported using Broken Remote and Jar Of Flies. Super Secret Room across associated with a shop, but not always. Super Secret Room not exist on some floors. Exploding wall to exit.

I didn't have any bombs or tp way of escape on option was to quit. :(

Same here.

I accidentally discovered the secret passage in the wall to the left of the shop when I tried to destroy some rocks to get the coins behind them. Since the rocks were blocking the wall, I believe the secret passage wasn't supposed to be there in the first place. Might be the reason why we have this weird bug.

Here I found out that I'm locked in the room and tried to bomb my way out with Pyro, but to no avail.
