Bandage girl achievement

So, I think I just found another way to possible get the meat boy/bandage girl achievement. I'm wanting some confirmation that this idea will actually work. Basically, the thought is that you play greed mode with lillith. All you need to get is a single cube of meat or ball of bandages and you're pretty much set on this achievement.

I'm hoping to test it out myself, but unfortunately I've had no luck in getting a ball of bandages to even show up in this mode. I see cubes of meat all the time, but not once have seen the other item. I'm kinda wanting confirmation that this will work before spending a lot of time restarting runs until I get a specific item on floor 1.

It works for the cube of meat, that's one of the only two achievements I was missing from vanilla rebirth and I got it with Lilith. I've yet to see a ball of bandages, but it will work too I'd assume. Let me know if you find one. I need that to have all the original achievements.

I also feel like lillith could make getting those achievements easier in a normal run. It seems like you fight at least one horseman every run and the two items drop about 50-50. You would just need to be able to use her starting spacebar item 3 times on a room which could either be done with a 48 hour energy pill, nun's habit, or just being lucky enough to have 3 consumable batteries spawn in one room.

I can confirm bandage achievement with lillith's starting item. Add in a couple batteries after you have ball of bandages and success! I did it in regular mode though, not greed

Yeah, it works. I got a Cube of Meat and then started the waves... kept spamming the Box of Friends when it was ready and BAMMO, got the unlock. Super easy with Lilith!
