That seed is all you need. POLYPHEMUS is in the 2nd item room

And you get a blodback card from the 2nd boss. You can use that to get to 1 health and blow your self up

YKX6JLC3 Found one finally. The first room under you. Take damaga at first room at top and then procced to first room under the startingzone!

In Afterbirth, the way to unlock the Lost has been changed, so that seed won't help anyone really.

Waah!! Whats been changed? And how come nothing been reported on the wikis? I know all the seeds from rebirth doesnt work on afterbirth, but the seed i posted works on afterbirth.

Now to unlock the lost you must die in a sacrifice room while holding missing poster.

I heard about that before. I'm pretty sure that the "dieing in a sacrifice room with the poster" thing was added in with the patch.

Just unlocked the lost a little while ago by dying in a sacrifice room while holding the missing poster in Afterbirth. Was also playing as Isaac if that makes any difference, but trying to unlock lost the old way did nothing for me.

If you wanna be completely sure, the source of the info is Edmund himself, you can find it on his twitter (No link, because I particularly lazy right now, lol sorry)

The new way to unlock the lost is so unfair for new players that started with afterbirth.

You can't use seeds to unlock stuff so you can't ask for a seed with both the missing poster and a scrifice room.

And i ve only dropped the missing poster (trinket) one time on over 100 runs...

That's really bad. :steamsad:
