New pills effects?

I don't understand what do "???", "Perks" and "Addicted" pills do? "Addicted" seems cosmetic, others - no idea.

I believe that ??? can cause you to have Curse of the Maze effect for a bit, like Retro Vision. Percs seems to give you the Wafer Effect for a room. Addicted DOES just seem to be cosmetic.

For me the ??? Pill just causes curse of the maze effects, percs gives you wafer effect and addicted is a awful pill making you take double damage. Kinda bad since this is a challenge unlock

??? gives you curse of the maze for the entire floor. Percs gives you wafer effect for the room. Addicted does the opposite and doubles any damage that room. Avoid addicted but you can keep percs to use when you're in the womb or further. Especially against mega satan or the hush it is quite useful if you can't find anything better.
