Can't pick up black coin?

I'm doing the daily challenge and I used the card against humanity in the big room on the first floor. I got a black coin from one of the mounds, but I can't pick it up :( Whenever I walk over it it simply flips itself and stays there. Is this a bug, or?

I barely have 10 coins on me so I'm definitely not capped.

It's a bug, I got the same one while playing the daily run :S

I blew up the rock next to it, after that I could pick it up

I just blew up the coin, following what Waxillium said, and it worked.

I got this a few times ... it is basiclly a troll coin that are glued to the floor .... need a bomb to blow up beside it to *release* the coin .... do not think it is a bug but rather a new troll thing.

I blew up the coin, following what Waxillium said, and it worked, and i also got a mushroom all stats up from the rock next to it haha :D :D

Its sticky nickles, an entity that replaces a small percentage of pennies and requires a bomb to pick them up for 5cents. Usually unlocked from keeper victories (can't remember which).
