IV BAG OP (IN GREED MODE)

So if you get IV bag in greed mode from blood machine for every half heart it gives you get 2 or 3 coins so 4,5 or 6 coins per heart.

This lets you buy another heart for 3 coins so you can do this again. This also lets you put a good 50 or 60 coins into the greed donation machine before it blows up.

The "item" called, "lucky coins" which isn't really an item since every character has it stacks with this making you get maxed out luck.

With maxed out luck you get : Nickels, Dimes (so more money for items and hearts) and for some reason you get plain hearts from the iv bag too...

Overall: If you get a blood bank you automatically win since they give 2 coins per half heart so you can buy hearts for 3 coins. When it pays out you'll get blood bag (terrible) or IV bag (GG) which will win you the game. That's all.

You can still break greed mode! It's a bit tougher to build up to but (if your lucky) getting two steam sales would allow you to buy every item in the game for free....Be careful though as some combos may crash your game

Yeah I've done that before it was insane, steam sale in the treasure room and I fought greed from a special shopkeeper and he dropped it
