My theory for Blue Womb

I'm pretty sure the level after it lives where you fight hush is NOT blue womb as you need to unlock Blue Womb and 0% of players have the achievement for unlocking it.

I think you need to beat Hush X amount of times to unlock Blue Womb ( similar to how you unlock ???/lamb/it lives). Then I think that Blue Womb has a final boss because there's 9 slots for icons in the post it note and so far they should be:

1.Moms Heart/ It lives
2.Boss Rush
3.Isaac
4.Satan
5.The Lamb
6.??? (Blue Baby)
7.Ultra Greed
8.Hush (The one in the new room)
9.Boss of blue womb

Tell me what you think about this!

I think it's just bugged like every other achievement. So you actually are supposed to unlock the Blue Womb (aka ???), but for some reason everybody already unlocked it.

Maybe the 7th slot is now for Mega Satan? Dunno how to get Ending 17 then though.

Ending 17 must be for blue womb, also there's a patch that fixes most of this stuff

Blue Womb doesn't have an ending - I just defeated it and it took me to either Sheol or Cathedral.

Hush IS the boss of Blue Womb.

I think the achievement's bugged. I've not had the achievement but I've been in Blue Womb 3 times already.

Mega Satan does have an icon now. If you defeat him you get a brimstone icon in the 7th slot

7 Slot is for Mega Satan, I beat him few seconds ago.

in the character selection screen, when you beat the hush, there's still one completion icon missing in the bottom left, this is probably for beating blue womb! Can't wait that someone discover it

Blue Womb is a final Boss, the 9th on the post-it. Already done ! ;)

Now that after the patch a chest spawns after you kill hush, it is more likely hush isnt the final boss, it just doesn't feel right. I also think that there is a floor and new boss after hush, edmund threw so much more things in it, that only hush as final chapter feels empty and strange, like he didnt put effort in really expanding the game, edmund is not like that. Furthermore, now edmund can build even more floors after the final floor, because expanding after mega satan or dark room and chest feels too much.

i have it..i reloaded an azzy run after having beat hush on azzy in a past run, and i randomly unlucked the blue womb upon reloading the save..so idk
