New coin machine

Can anybody tell me what the new coin box does (with the recycle arrows) I've put in 20coins but nothing noticable has happened.

you can use coins or bombs and it refreshes items ie:rerolls item room items

This Machine rerolls Pedestal Items in the room after you put some coins in it

Sometimes it takes 2 pennies, sometimes 10, it's a great risk/reward addition

Random chance to refresh items in room, i meet this in shop and treasure room, bombs works sometimes as well
