Has Anybody Actually Beaten the Blue Womb final boss?
Cause I have no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Idea how that's possible.

Okay, cool I tried a lot of random ♥♥♥♥ with lilith but didn't manage to find it. I don't even know where the gateway spawns lol. It could be in an iteam room for all I know at this point. So exciting :3

to get to the blue womb you need to get to and beat it lives in under 30 min and its entrance looks like a boss rush room

For what it's worth, when I imported my data from Rebirth, the game gave me about half of Lilith's completion already. I don't know why. ??? aka Blue Womb has been showing up after every one of my It Lives kills.

Yeah, beat his first try with Lilith using Brimstone and Guppy. I was destroying everything in the game, but it took ages to get his health down, and I barely survived. Though I enjoyed the two minutes of achievements popping up after.

He's not too tough if you have experience with bullet hell games - he's a big target, so you can focus on dodging his attacks instead of trying to aim your shots. He's a lot tougher if you don't have a good ranged attack, though.

This. Most shots will hit him and with enough defence he is beatable.

It way really funny to see all those archievements pop up after beating him ^^.

Killed him with both Azazel and Isaac so far.

Good luck trying it as The Lost. HA... ha... RIP.

I just beat it. I had brimstone, dry baby and imfamy, so I didn't take much damage and if it hit the baby it would get hurt so it wasn't that hard for me

I don't know if I want to go to the blue womb now. Also there must be another new floor since there are 9 spaces where it would usally have the sign for the cross ro represent you killed isaac etc on character select right?
