General 'What Does This New Thing Do' Thread?

Just got the multidimensional baby. Not sure what it does, if anything, other than follow you with a delay.

Did figure out about the time traveling hourglass thingermajerger which I can't remember the name of. It does not change items based on seeds (ie. treasure room items, golden chests in sword rooms, etc). If you have a charge pickup in the room you're going into, you can use it repeatedly. Curious on its effect with dice rooms, though.

Anyone else?

edit: I did not figure this out at first because it doesn't work with Mom's Knife.

I got a item that I forgot what it was called, but it said "Intensifying Tears" What does it do?

It makes your tear rate get faster the longer you shoot in a single direction.

Chaos mixes up the item pools. Look forward to getting Brimstone in a boss room and Dessert in a devil room...

I got an item called "8-Inch Nails, Stick it to 'em!" It makes me shoot nails, I think it gives some damage and that's about it. Anyone have more info about it?

i found what i'm pretty sure is a new technology variant, puts your fire rate to max and greatly decreases damage, otherwise functions the same as technology.
