CHAOS item

I picked up an item called CHAOS!!! and it gave me like 15 achievements. If anyone figures anything out about this item please let me know.

Yeah, I got this one too. I didn't want to unlock all those achievements. Why?

I'm guessing it was the first item you picked up. PJs did that for me.

Bug ATM with picking up items sometimes makes the achievements go bananas.

I think the item was like a Cardboard box style random item thing. But yeah, it's hard to tell because the description is just exclamation points. But the game is really fun so far. Had to force myself to put it down so I can get to class.

platinumgod.uk says that Chaos mixes up all item pools, and spawns 1-6 random pickups. Also, I grabbed it just now myself, and suddenly I have Lil' Brimstone. So there might be more to it? I dont really know.

Nice to know what it does, I couldn't figure it out.

At OP, that happens when you either pick up your first afterbirth item or get your first afterbirth achievement. It happened when I unlocked Lillith, ended up getting 12 achievements at once.

It is kinda a confusing item at first, yes.

This does though explain why Satan tried to sell me a carton of milk. Pay one heart to get that heart back. Makes perfect no sense. And then later, Bob's Brain in a shop. It was on discount. ....yay?

The item will mess the item pools, so you may get brimstone in chest room or something else.

Beside, I bet the accievements are all about the challenges.
If you played rebirth for a while, you have got enough characters and items.
So challenge 21-30 are unlocked once you get the dlc
But not the accievements
They get unlocked when you do something in the game, for example, pick up a new item
