Reroll the D6 in shop ??

How is it possible? When i use it it don't reroll any object on the floor. I don't understand...some people says they reroll to get sharp plug ( i need it for the combo with scapular).
Any help please ? (Godhead last item before RPG :'()

which item give a pedestral in shop? Because for reroll i need a pedestral...

I dont really know but normaly you can reroll the shop items or a few , aslon they are no bombs or any hearts , key :D

You can reroll before buying.

Any item that's 15 cents (Or 7 cents when it's on sale) is a Pedestal Item that you can reroll at any time- You don't have to buy it to reroll it.

that happened to me too on my last run before afterbirth.
i had steam sale so it tried to change 7 cent bomerang to 15 cent one, like it was 15 cent for a frame or 2 then back to 7
