When I plan to do a run with the keeper, I normally just do a run, since I thought he's easier than the lost.
But because of this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I'm now just restarting until I get something good.
The two probably stack.
Its the way Keeper works. He doesn't start with Inner Eye or anything. His tears just shoot three at a time normally. He also has the lowest base tear rate in the entire game, but he can get it down to 10, the default, with enough tears up items, and even to 5.
Not sure if its a Tears down for the keeper. Multiple tears down don't stack, so hopefully, its the same for Keeper. Also, I'm sure picking up two Inner Eyes would grant you quadruple shot.
Or getting Diplopia. And yeah, I meant six shots. Chose the wrong word.
