No D4 on the lost

In rebirth the lost is suppose to start with the D4, but the lost do not have the D4 for me when i start a run. Do anyone know how i can fix it?

You either have not unlocked the D4 (Blow up 30 slot machines), or don't have Afterbirth.

I have it unlocked and i have afterbirth

if you got everything unlocked try starting a new save on one of the empty save files and go to your stats menu and press alt-F2 to unlock you achievement progress in the game and then check if it works.

you got alot of hours in the game so i doubt i have to say this but the D4 is only a start item on afterbirth so even if you bought afterbirth you won't have it if you're only playing regular rebirth.

but if you are playing afterbirth and none of the above is working, is the D4 showing up as a starting item in the select screen when you start a new game??

In all fairness, d4 is very pointless on the lost. I got very enthousiastic at first, thinking it was the d6, which would be awesome, but when you've unlocked holy mantle for the lost, no one in their right mind is going to reroll the single greatest item ever on the lost. (well, along with 9lives cat thing). But good you got it now

this happened to me, just delete achievement and unlock it again via cheating.

if that worked you could even try pressing alt-F2 in the current save file you had to see if that helpes, if you don't want to start over on that new save file that is

Doesn't Isaac start with it? Or is that the D6?

Ya that's the D6 and would be so much better on the lost. D4 is plain useless when you start with an item so good you never want to lose it.

lol yea thats true, i get that you might want to reroll your character but after unlocking holy mantle as a starting item the D4 immediately becomes useless

i'd definitely use it if you could have the holy mantle locked in so everything rerolls except that one
