Top Ten Hardest Achievements in the Game

For me, these are the 10 most brutally difficult things you can accomplish.

-Killing Hush with Keeper
-Killing Mega Satan with Keeper
-Challenge 6: Solar System
-Challenge 7: Suicide King
-Challenge 13: Beans!
-Challenge 22: SPEED!
-Challenge 27: BRAINS!
-Challenge 30: The Guardian
-Dead Boy Achievement
-Unlocking Godhead (PRE-AFTERBIRTH)

What do you guys think? What gave you the hardest time?

umm just my opinion but unlocking Godhead in Afterbirth is harder than half the challenges you listed. Getting to and beating Hush and Mega Satan as Lost aint easy

Really? I find The Lost to be incredibly easy now that he starts with Holy Mantle. All you have to do is hold R until you get a good start, and then the Devil/Angel rooms pretty much take care of the rest.

Angel rooms are garbage 95% of the time with the Lost, Dads key is super rare, and so is getting out of jail free card. Just saying I beat Speed! literally my first try and had no problem with beans or solar system so I have no idea what you're talking about
Edit: and dead boy achievment is an auto unlock if you play with Lost which you should know because hes "incredibly easy"....

Well, to each his own. I killed Mega Satan and Hush with the Lost both in the same run fairly easily. Then again, I'm a Touhou veteran, so it kinda makes sense that you struggled and I didn't.

And, no, Dead Boy is not always automatic, considering runs that include dead cat, 1up, or some other life-increasing item. ;)

I'm surprised you consider speed, beans, and solar system harder than doing that but to each their own

Well, tbh, that list ain't so hard.
I did solar system and beans! after a few tries, and on a second save file where almost nothing was unlocked (this was pre-afterbirth and I had really only unlocked one good item, which was mother's knife) I got godhead in a matter of an hour.
Keeper is a ♥♥♥♥♥ to do, I almost did Hush, Cathedrial, and Chest as him on top of boss rush, but of course Hush did his lazer beam attack WHILE I WAS DODGING CONTINUUM TEARS, AND THE LAZERS ARE BASICALLY MOVING WALLS SO I COULDNT PICK UP THE COIN FROM THE PENNY.A

I beat suicide king and solar system easily and im not good enough to beat satan (somehow good enough for hush and Isaac idk) btw tips for satan that doesnt include "get explosive resistence"?
