Mega fatty. REALLY? MEGA FATTY??
Excuse me could somebody explain to me why da bloody hell this fat ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
is so freckin OP?? Alright here's the full thing. I was trying Lost on greed and happened to get guppy's collar from a chest and toothpicks, which is a tears up.
I then had to fight megafatty in the boss wave. He just doesn't go down in 30 seconds!!
But not only is he tanky as ♥♥♥♥, he can get to you in a splitsecond no matter whereever you are on the map, so you constantly have to be moving away from him in order to survive his instant bodyslams. What kinda f-ed up logic allows an obese dude to take precise leaps across the entire map. But it's not like the unfairness ends there, not only does he puke stuff and throw ♥♥♥♥ at you, but has lethal farts and spawns minions. how da FUQ could you take on this brutally overweight attrocity AND another boss at the same time?! (6 - 9)

It's not really unavoidable: you just have to anticipate it.
It seems hard, but I think the "cooldown time" between attacks is constant.
After he attacked, shoot for a while, then start moving away. Rinse and repeat.
There's no way to anticipate it. he doesn't telegraph at all. The instant he starts the jump you're already too late.

With a slow character, is unavoidable.
With decent speed, it's possible to avoid it. Just move away when you think he's attacking.

Except he does telegraph it. Right before the fast jump he quickly slides forward a bit (he moves about half his own hitbox or so) before jumping offscreen, and it's just enough time to let the player react. I don't even have particularly good reflexes and I can dodge it nearly 100% of the time from a standstill.

The slow jump from champion Mega Fatty is way more annoying imo, those rock waves are way harder to read than any enemy.

There's no time to think. He goes from ground to air in like two frames. "decent speed" means like 8 bars on the pause screen.

I've never seen this happen, and even if it did, it doesn't stand out from all his other movements.

I thought Peep and Bloat were very fat back in Original Isaac, but this guy is big and ultra fat!
But what is more suprising is that Mega Fatty has slightly more health than Gurdy. GURDY! Who is 2-3 times bigger than Mega Fatty...

Instead of saying ways to beat him, just git gud.

He's prepping for snow. The fat will warm him.
Annoying, yes. OP, no. I can beat him normally in caves, but not in Greed. Also, OP has 350+ houra. He should be good enough to kill Megs Fatty without complaining that he's OP.

Mega Fatty is ok I guess. 4 RED Mega Fatties in the dark room playing as the keeper with NO damage bonuses, no deal with the devil items but with one trick in the form of a chaos card (to kill the lamb and continue with the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ unlocks). All ended when the four m*************s decided to jump almost at the same time. I HATE this game as much as I love it.

Mega Fatty is pretty easy tbh. The only attack he doesn't telegraph is his jump, which can be countered by simply either having alertness or making sure to constantly move against him. The only bosses that are truly hard or can give you a bad time are The Bloat, Rag Man as your first boss, The Cage depending on your items and The Adversary. Every other boss is usually predictable enough or easy enough to dodge that their threat is rather low as long as your loadout doesn't completely suck

His quick jump is awful, though.

Unless you have good speed, you WILL get hit.

Glad someone agrees.

I'm not saying he's unbeatable, but it's a cheap way to steal hearts.

There's a good 50% chance his quick jump will hit you whether you're moving or not...

That's not even true at all in my experience. Literally just don't stop moving and you can dodge it 100% of the time. If you wait for him to jump then nove you are doing it wrong
