Any Tips or Tricks on beating isaac with ??? more easily? I have been doing this for 4 - 6 hour straight per day. I need help. Any particular item I should get? What should I do?

A few really good items are the Relic and the Mitre, which both generate a lot of soul hearts. The book of revelations / the satanic bible as well. Also, orbitals to block tears.

The polaroid is good. If you haven't unlocked it. unlock it.

Items that grant spirirt hearts are great too. Items like Dark Bum and the Relic are great. Demons tail is also good as it converts heart drops to black hearts.

And keep a keen eye out for spirit hearts and such.

Also, because you are running on spirit hearts, certain items work differently as they count you as having no red hp which means their effects may work differently, for instance, ♥♥♥♥♥ of Babylon is a straight damage and speed up no matter what.

Yeah, it really helps if you get an item that will generate more spirit hearts, but like any other character you need items that will improve your damage output too, or other kinds of items like consumable generators and defensive items.

If you are having lots of trouble, you can always hold r to repeatedly restart until you start next to an item room that gives you something amazing.

Do you know the rules for how to find both kinds of secret rooms? Those can often be a big help. Also unless you are critical on hp, don't be afraid of curse rooms. On average they are worth going into, especially if you have flight (so you only take damage once) or you can bomb in from a secret room. Also unless you are doing boss rush, be thourough, as exploring extra rooms may give you a chest with an item or enough money to buy shop items.
