What are your favorite characters?

Hello, everyone, I hope you guys are having a good day and if not I hope it gets better for you! :)

Got curious after reading someones favorite character was Azazel so here I am!

What are your FAVORITE/BEST characters in your own opinions?

For me, personally, my favorite and whom I think are the best are as follows :

(I've blacked out two of the characters as I'm sure, even though almost everybody knows who they are, there are some people just now getting into the game and don't want to spoil it for them.)

1. Cain - I pick Cain as my favorite because well, I'm biased! I've always loved Cain since the original flash Binding of Isaac. I know he got nerfed in Afterbirth but he's still my favorite to play as.

2. Isaac - Isaac is a close second and that is simply and purely all thanks to his D6. He almost ALWAYS has a fun/OP run.

3. Lilith - I don't understand why people say Lilith sucks. To them I say HUMBUG, Lilith is sexy as hell, just pick up every buddy you see (preferrably buddies that attack..) and watch your army grow within seconds.

4. Azazel - Azazel is nice, with the ability to fly early on he can really snowball out of control. The only con I can think of is his short range Brimstone and even then that's not bad at all.

5. Judas - I would put Judas higher but with the introduction of Lilith I just prefer her but that doesn't mean Judas isn't a beast in my eyes. He may only have one heart but his damage is insane. The ONLY thing other than his health that sucks is the Book of Belial nerf. :(

6. The Lost - I've only played a couple games as The Lost and I felt he was okay albeit gimmicky. But now with the introduction of Holy Mantle and the new "power" of the Missing Poster trinket I think he'll be super awesome once I unlock him again.

7. Eve - Eve, I'll admit, I've never really liked her. That is, however, until I unlocked Razor Blade from the Greed Machine and got her to start with it. Now she's a beast. Super fast, nice attack, can't go wrong with Eve!

8. Samson - Mmm, I've never really liked Samson, but I'll have to give him another try, I see people saying how he's awesome if you take damage on purpose.. but I don't like to take hits. My luck in Greed mode is okay but in the normal game mode.. I barely ever find soul hearts or tinted rocks. I'd rather not take red heart damage for some DPS. No thank you, sorry Samson.

9. Lazarus - Eh. That's all I have to say. EHHHH.

10. ??? - To be honest I would put Blue Baby above Lazarus, but the aforementioned luck when it comes to finding soul hearts is why I barely play this guy. :(

11. Eden - I like Eden, he's cool. He is super random and can either give you a godly run right off the bad or make you want to kill yourself. He's fun to play as but not a character I would play regularly.

12. The Keeper (I've put this guy last because I haven't been able to play him only like 600 coins in my machine. :( )

13. Maggy - Maggy just sucks in my eyes. Eff Maggy, I just play her to unlock her items and perhap beat everything on hardmode with. Other than that I will NEVER EVER touch her EVER again. Seriously, screw off Maggy.

1. Cain. (Good damage and luck, also free golden chests. Was my favourite in the original too)
2. Eve. ( Early damge buff, made even easier to keep with Razor Blade. Also super stylish haircut.)
3. Judas (Damage, Damage, Damage)
4. Azazel (For when you want to get the salt from a bad run out of your veins)
5.Isaac (Most flexible character, I just prefer to deal with what I get normally so just place 5)
6. Samson (Really fun when you make use of Bloody Lust, good to have one char that emphasiszes red heart builds)
7. Eden ( I love this character but had my most horrible runs with him, his placement is pretty much random just like him)
8. Lilith ( Cool idea for a character but can be tricky. The hair is top notch though)
9. Lazarus (He is alright. I like the strategy around using his respawn effectively but he is a bit boring.)
10. Blue Baby (Out of the challanging characters he is my fave. Most times difficult early on but then similiar to the others)
11. Maggy (So slow and boring. The health is cool I guess but that char just is the definition of vanilla. The hair is also on the less good looking side.)
12. Lost (Actually pretty cool with D4 and Holy mantle now, will probably play him for fun from time to time)
13. Keeper (As slow as Maggy, - 2 luck and never safe from red heart damage, also in most cases incapable of taking 2 heart deals. This one is no fun to me, at all)

You forgot Judas and Maggie in your list.

Once you get the D6 Isaac is the best character,
Least favorite character is keeper, sure Lost can never get hit but at least you getflight and eventually Holy Mantle.

Second best is Azazel, for 2 reasons, strong start, and his unlock list is the best.

I actually like playing the Lost, I just started playing him and honestly he's pretty fun right now. Also pretty tanky especially if you get book of Shadows or glowing hourglass

I know the feeling. I love every character, except Lazarus and Blue Baby.
And Lazarus is just because I had one terrible run with him like a year ago.. I'm holding a grudge.

Thanks for the reminder, I totally forgot about Judas and Maggy.. I was trying to remember them all by heart. >_<

Someone else thinks Cain is awesome!? WOO. I'm not alone.

My favorite is Eve because of the early damage buff and her cool outfit
And Samson for the same reason

I really can't play as Azazel, his short range is killing me. And Lilith is rather tricky too
