i did it on my second try there is only one thing i hate the first time i did it i was rushing when i was on the womb because i only had 2 minutes and the second time i ended the challenge on like 1 minute and 23 seconds

also i had a problem with this challenge cause for some reason when i change dircetions my tears shoot actually

I beat the speed challenge largely due to tech x in the first item room. I ran out of time and was taking damage because of it, and picked up the trophy on my last heart.

that's what i had both of my runs and that item is very good for some reason

This!! I'm amazed I beat speed on my first try because I got tech x and just steamrolled my way to each devil deal and got lucky enough to get some health ups on the way, by the end I was so op I took out mom's heart in like 2 seconds. I think I got super lucky but mainly it was due to tech x and getting a super clutch Abaddon, guppy, hive mind, and coal. Beat it with almost 5 minutes left. Keep resetting until you get a decent starting item

When Northernlion did the speed challenge, he restarted until entering a curse room by the start gave a red chest that teleported into a devil deal. He took both items killing himself because one of them was Judas's shadow, thus starting with a huge damage bonus (though low on hp). He later got the shovel on the depths 1 boss fight and used it to skip almost all of depths 2 and womb 1. He got to the heart fight with 1 hp but a few minutes left, died a few times against it with nine lives, then won thanks to using an algiz rune he had.

I beat speed challange thanks to Epic Fetus but before that i found this challange also very hard but annoying one is fking BRAINS

On Brains, I picked up both bffs and mr. mega, and the brains were really good at taking out bosses mostly in 1 or 2 hits.
