What happened to soy milk?

Since afterbirth came out, I haven't found it. Even on seeded runs, it isn't there. Is there a way to unlock it or is it not in the game anymore?

They couldn't have just completely removed it, I guess it's like Mega Blast where it's that one item that never wants to show up.

I have had it since afterbirth came out, today as well in fact. It is no longer considered a special either.

I've had it like 6 times
I dislike it most of the time. Just depends on whether I can spin it or whether it will just ruin the run.

I could have taken it twice today. Did it once. found small rock after and the pentagram. didnt do any dmg^^ had the spider mod thingy aswell and it showed me a total amount of dmg of "8" each hit xD

Soy Milk has a few fun synergies, but mostly its a gimp. I usually pick it up just because it's fun though.
