Worst/Best Fimiliar?

For me, the best is Lil' Brimstone/Demon baby, and the worst is rainbow baby, brother bobby, and sister maggy..

Best: Little Gish, Rainbow Baby, Daddy Longlegs. Worst: Bobby, Maggy, Ghost baby (the following ones only)

In my opinion:
Best: daddy longlegs, lil brimstone (before Afterbirth), spider mod
Worst: harlequin baby, bob's brain, holy water

Worst: Holy water

Honorable mention: Harlequin baby. I've never had a bad day with Harly.

The worst is bob's brain. I think I've gotten hurt during a run more times than I can count when I took that item.

Incubus is the best followed by succubus imo. I have heard Fates Reward is decent but I havent fonund it yet.

fates's reward is an incubus which doesn't match your firing speed (usually slower)

Best is hard to say, it depends on build. Highest damage award goes to Lil Brim. Best support effect to Lil Gish. Highest utility to Dark Bum. Hardest to use effectively: Bobs Brain. Most uselessness: Bum Friend. The Rest kinda falls in the middle of the spectrum. Not bad, but not necessarily worth trading health for.
