Glass cannon is really easy, you'll see when you unlock it.
And I don't really see why you find family man so frustrating, the familiars you start with do really good damage. It helps getting more familiars, maybe even box of friends.
Can't really give you any tips for solar system and suicide king as I haven't done them yet myself.
Head Trauma, like post before me said: lump of coal (a 6 dice or 1 die room work very well too, that's how I beat it the first time)
Solar System is techincally easier than Cat got your Tongue, so.. Gnawled leaf works if you have a lot of time. If not, Little Brimstone is a good item. Apart from that.. Unicorn stump works fairly well and just playing it very calmly.
Suicide King, the trick is to keep your distance and shoot out the ipecac shoots with some momentum (walk forward a bit while shooting so they hit on the up trail instead of the down trail). Useful items: Defensive stuff, Pyromaniac, Shot Speed up. And again, this challenge has to be played very calmly. Don't rush though it.
Glass cannon should give you no problems once unlocked.
Family man: Little Brimstone, lots of patience, defensive items, Demon Baby.
P.S im sorry but the Lost was too frustrating at that time and it still is hard but it's atleast fun because you can get some funny builds with D4
P.S im playing the lost though and trying to complete everything again it is a little hard at times but it's awesome :D
Yea, aiming away from enemies is really helpful. What I also did for some of the enemies that don't have too much hp and are really agressive, is I quickly switched from left to right, so the tears got evenly distributed.
