I'm pretty sure you can't unlock the Lost with a seed anymore.

1: You don't need the missing poster. The puzzle is over.

2: You can't unlock the ANYTHING with a seed, not just achievements.

3: You can use a seed for the first 3 steps that don't unlock anything. The only thing you can't use a seed on is the azazel run, which you can't lose anyway.

You need the missing poster if you want to unlock the Lost in Afterbirth. The method changed : you have to die on the spikes of a sacrifice room while holding this trinket.

Try saying that to the many people who unlocked The Lost using seeds such as myself when the puzzle was still relevant. Certain things can be unlocked, it doesn't mean all achievements/secrets however.

The unlock is technically done with the 4th death, which must not be in a seed. Try again. :P

The Lost's unlock is (technically was) done with Azazel's death. The prior deaths can be seeded, though. It even says this on the wiki page.

dude, since afterbirth you dont unlock lost that way anymore!. U just pick up missing poster and die while holding it on sacrifice spikes
