There a reason why cards/runes/other pickups turn to pills?

I just had a broken Greed run ruined by MANY dimond cards and a jara rune turning into pills. Not only the ones on my person (like what happens with you are given a pill without room) but ones I put on the ground to keep away from the trash that builds up when breaking the shop. Even the pickups that still have costs to them was turned to pills and then went back to what they was after buying the pill. Every pickup in the shop was turning to pills!

This is VERY confusing and frankly just lost me a possible early Keeper unlock.


The new drug form gives you pills at rare times so that explains maybe 1-2 dimond cards going missing, but this the first time Iv ever seen an item turn into a pill while on the floor. And no, I didn't use a D20/100 or Dice Shard.

Think I may have borken the game to much this time.

Looks like you're right. Im a bit salty on this and never figuring these things out about the Baggy and Starter Deck till now.

That is the last time I setup a breaking farm on a curse of the blind floor. Makes for 2 failed broken runs tonight. Not going for a 3rd. Need to go to bed.
