Afterbirth Transformations

It has been confirmed that there will be 8 new transformaitons in Afterbirth. A mom transformation has been confirmed but there are still seven more possibilites. I personally think that there will be some transformations like this
-spider
-cricket
-syringe/medic (picking up syringes, PHD, blood bank, IV bag etc.
-robot(technology,robobaby etc.)
-bean?( the bean, black bean, other bean-related items that have been confirmed for Afterbirth{like kidney bean}- etc)
-lemon???
Alright so the last 2 were a bit of a stretch but still, a lot of theories can be made on what the other seven are so what do you Isaac players think?

Some sort of God/Angel or Devil transformation would be pretty cool. Not sure what items it would include though.

I feel that a demon transformation would not work. Azazel is already a demon and items like the nail transform you into one so in a way its already been done. Angel on the other hand is possible.

original isaac added an angel transformation with the new eternal edition. they expanded the maximum hearts to 32 and if you manage to get like 16 or more, then you transform into I guess "eternal isaac"? and he gains angel wings, flight and I think he gets a stat increase as well.

but I think they are trying to keep the original game separate and different to keep it standalone?
