Why haven't I gotten spoon bender yet?
I have never seen it and I can't find anything to tell me how I unlock it. Thanks

It's unlocked from the beginning. No need to do anything.

Weird... I have just never found it in game. http://isaac.bezdomni.net/show/86e4a82ea6994e8bde8eb54af4500326 This save game analyser says it's missing from my save file.

Ah well regardless, thanks for your responses. :)

It happens, man. There are just so many items in the game, some just never seem to show up. It took me a long time to get both Mysterious Liquid and Monstro's Lung.

It's just a super rare item. I've only found it naturally I think from a crawl space treasure room, which in it's own right is insanely rare.
