I died with Guppy's Collar as Judas
I died with Judas while the extra life was still usable. But when I died on my first (and only life for some weird reason) I had to restart the game from the start again! Please fix this devs...

Guppys collar gives you a 50/50 chance of coming back to life. Sometimes, like in your case, it doesn't save you.

guppys collar is a 50% chance to respawn every time you die, and it works like this forever, you never lose that 50% no matter how manny times you die. You just got unlucky

complaining about picking up an item and reducing your 100% respawn to a 50% respawn in a roguelike. k. Just be happy you didn't have to reformat your computer after picking up guppy's collar as Judas.
