Isaac Online Patch Notes?

Obv, the new update (seemingly coming out next month) will include online multiplayer. Just curious though if anybody knows if there'll be some kind of extra patch notes? Usually each update that comes out, there are a couple item rebalances, reworks, etc. Would be cool if some new stuff/reworks came packaged along with the update.

I would expect some small changes based on interactions with stuff online but nothing major.
