Dr Fetus Not Firing Like Normal, Basically Placing Bombs

Hey all, was completing an eden run (Seed 7rkpzqhm), while on catacombs 2, I picked up dr fetus. For some reason, Dr Fetus is not firing like normal. Basically, its like im placing a bomb where isaac is standing. Even when I try to give the bomb some momentum by walking forward before firing, still no luck.

The Items I have:
Dr Fetus, Hive Mind, Breakfast, dads lost coin, Midas' touch, Mom's Coin Purse, Lunch, Anemic (Used Laz Rags to change into laz on floor 2 sac room), Key Piece 1, Kidney Stone, Latch Key, Caffeine Pill, and Cricket's Head.

My stats are as follows:
Mv Spd: 1.55
Tear Rate: 1.23
Damage: 12.30
Range: 9.50
Shot Speed: 1.00

Can anyone replicate this? Is this a bug?

It does that with Kidney Stone. There's a few other items that do that to Dr. Fetus as well, such as Number One, and Pluto/Inner Child's revive.
