Music way louder than sound effects

weird problem i have and i dont know how to fix, the music is just way louder than the sound effects, some sfxs play just fine like the narrator but almost everything else is super quiet

any help on how to fix it?

yes i know, maybe i didnt explain it well but some sfxs play normally so i get earraped every now and then if i change the volume of the sfxs

for me the sfx just don't play at all even with them almost at max volume
