Keyboard Keys for "Restart", "Mute", and "Full Screen" are mixed up

Currently:
"R" is Full Screen instead of Restart
"F" is Mute instead of Full Screen
"M" is Restart instead of Mute

Glad to know its not a me thing, was so confused when R made my game windowed

Same issue here - but the issue is only for one of my computers. The issue doesn't exist for another laptop I have BoI installed on. Strange
