Repentance and Repentance+ beta difference?

Hi just confused on what the difference is... is it a free version of Repentance but in beta? Thank you for anyone that can clarify

Repentance Plus is a new DLC, similar to Afterbirth Plus, however the difference is that Repentance Plus is completely free, but it only works if you have all the other DLCs (including Repentance itself)

I don't own Afterbirth+ or Repentance but it let me add it to the library and I see it on the main menu that I'm playing the Repentance+ beta so I am confused.

Also, it unlocked a few achievements after I added it and launched the game:
-Death's List
-Mystery Gift
-Sprinkler
-Aprils Fool

I do see on the store page that the other games are required to make it work though.

you are not suposed to be able to get the dlc without paying for it, so if you can get repentance + without having repentance seems like a bug as well, but yay its a beta so alot of bugs.

Not sure if it has the content or not just says it on the title screen and I unlocked those achievements when it got to the title screen automatically.
