Report a translation problem
Both "Afterbirth+ Bundle" and "Rebirth Complete Bundle" are "Complete the Set" bundles, which cannot be gifted. This is limitation imposed by Steam.
Nicalis used these bundles for one specific reason - to not let customers get the DLCs separately. Each DLCs depends on previous ones, and thus if say a customer buys Rebirth and Repentance only, they get non-functioning product.
Last note - do not buy Isaac on GOG or EGS. From what I heard, both releases lack modloader functionality, both have broken Daily Challenges, and both don't have the latest patch (V1.7.9b)
