Searching for Repentance Ipecac seeds!

I absolutely adore Ipecac! However, I can't ever find it in game. I was hoping someone might have seeds! I play on PC and would be thankful for it!

BK3W 93F4 is a seed if you want Ipecac right away.

That is true, however I'm not very tech savvy and can't make heads or tails on how to even activate the console.
