I never used the wiki till I had at least played the game for awhile, sort of learning what things did by myself seemed to add some charm to the game for me. That being said the glass cannon doesn't really have that many uses with when you want to actually use it. I mean unless you want to play a pseudo lost run in a way. I remember a run where I decided to use it because it seemed to bug out (wasn't with the lost though) and not actually fuction purely like it should have (only like half worked with the negative effect so I actually got some use out of it, but that was the only time I ever saw it be buggy like that).

I first picked this item as The Lost and thought it was awesome, imagine my surprise when I picked it up and used it later on with Isaac.

It really is amazing though with the Lost tbf. Everyone else becomes a glass cannon XD. I mean the name is kinda self explanatory

It is pretty much worthless as a item though unless you just have bad damage and want to risk it going the pseudo lost route.

Yes, but the glass cannon overall isn't worth using unless you are either the lost or just have really bad damage.
