Crystal ball nerf

So lately i've noticed that crystal ball drops less spirit hearts and more cards than it used to. I'm too lazy to check update logs if there is any. Can someone confirm this ? I'd really appreciate feedback

There aren't any update logs when this game updates, but I'm pretty sure it's just a coincidence for you.

You're just imagining things.
The chances where always and still are 50/50, to be either a sould-heart or a card/rune.

For me, it drops more soul-hearts than cards/runes usually.
Aside from that, i don't think a better chance for cards/runes would constitute a "nerf".

Crystal ball is indeed has less chance to drop soul heart. You can see the big difference when you compare it with Original Isaac. 50/50 is a lie
