Child's Heart not working?
I'm playing Cain and I have this trinket for 3 floors. I've cleared ALL of the room on each floor and none dropped me even a single half-heart pickup. This cannot be bad luck, seriously.

That just seems unlucky because it worked for me in the Cursed! challenge

It give a greater *chance* for red hearts to drop based on your characters Luck Stat. It is not a promise to get red hearts.

Actually it CAN be because it only increases the chance for them to spawn, You're just unlucky

Remember hard mode has drastically reduced red heart drops.

Well, I think so. That was pretty annoying. My luck is always bad, even if I have full bar of luck :(
