Gameplay habits

So I was checking out some broadcasters recently and I noticed that they do not take the time to destroy obstacles. Though leaving the obstacle for later has its advantages, where if you destroy an obstacle, something will be guaranteed. However, the broadcasters just skip it and go to the next floor. Is this to not waste time for themselves and/or for the viewers' sake (whatever that might be)?

If you got an item that can destroy the enviroment and not aim for a speedrun/hush/boss rush you certainly should clear everything. The black market is just too good to pass by, left alone the numerous tinted rocks with their benefits. If you're into speed just do what you can afford before goin to the next level. As the lost I try to destroy as much tinted rocks as possible to get the small rock and usually stop after that unless I got epic fetus. With everybody else I just look if I can afford to skip soul hearts.

Much appreciated. I forgot about the Boss Rush, and additionally the Blue Womb. However, I wonder... was that the broadcaster's true intention? :P

Who knows? maybe he had simply forgotten? Maybe he was unaware? maybe he was short on bombs? or was just lazy to backtrack? so many possibilitys.
