do you have to be isaac to unlock the lost?
after a good week of playing i finally found the lost poster...as eden. do you have to die in the sacrifice room as isaac or can you unlock the lost with any character?

When the wiki says "Isaac", "Isaac" stands representative for every character, so yes, it doesn't matter.

If you have DLC unlocked, just die with Missing Poster to respawn as Lost or die in sacrifice room holding that trinket to unlock Lost.

Lost in Afterbirth is a breeze... compared to what he was back then <.< Just wait for The Keeper aka the new pre-afterbirth lost

haha yeah i heard everything about it. you can't increase his health and he only has 2 health for the whole game. you can't even get some of the devil items as they will kill you and you can only heal him with coins. i haven't unlocked it yet...luckily

He can't increase his health past 2 coins, but can take a devil deal and then use a health up to get back to 2 coins. He can also use the strength card to get a permenant increase of 1 coin container but the cap of 2 coins max still applies.
