What is Soy Milk 'good' with?

Good as in clearing rooms in an efficient matter.
Only good thing I've found with it is Libra.

Anything passive that can cause a tear effect that is based on luck generally mixes well with it due to how often the effect will proc due to the rate at which you fire the tears (higher luch just makes that even better).

It helps to have piercing shots, so you can hit with more of the shots without knocking them around tremendously. If you want something that will turn it into a dps up, you want tears down, damage multiplying items like polyphemus or quad shot. it also pairs well with lump of coal, as the bonus damage from that doesn't suffer the bad multiplier.

Good points, but I'm 99% sure that they changed it to where piercing shots still deal knockback.

I think it only does that if you also have something that increases knockback.

Holy shot damage is 3x your tear damage, so it doesn't really synergize.

Ipecac would give a poison effect. Does the poison debuff on enemeis even us a multiplier of you current damage?
